How does it work?
- Business mileage is automatically captured (via telematics or fuel card reporting)
- The business mileage is then validated by the employee's line manager
- Once approved, the mileage data is imported into the monthly payroll system for processing
The fuel deduction programme is managed via our online portal (threesixty). This is available subject to fleet size and supply status.
