Welcome to the 2021 Fleet Operator Survey Report, a place where we've collected the feedback from Lombard Vehicle Solutions' corporate fleet customers on our performance over the past year.
It's been a challenging year for many businesses and individuals. The pandemic has affected all our lives and forced us all to change, from how we work to how we socialise. Even with the situation improving, we're all still facing a lot of big changes.
That's why we are especially grateful that you took the time to give us your feedback. We're determined to keep meeting the challenges of the future and to help our customers do likewise. We can only do that if we know what you think – the good, the bad, and everything in between.
This latest edition of the report contains such feedback. The report also reveals what we are doing, and intend to do, to improve our service. Among its pages you will find:
