Making an insurance claim is not high on the list of fun things to do. Yet accidents do happen – and, when they do, we’re here to support you and your drivers through the whole process, using our knowledge and expertise to deliver much-needed peace of mind.

Provided in partnership with the UK’s leading Accident Management specialist, FMG, we offer a fully managed service that proactively assists with any incident from start to finish. From vehicle recovery, cost estimates, repairs and insurance claims to uninsured loss recovery from third parties. With all parts of the process completely managed in-house by FMG’s accident management experts, you’ll end up saving both time and money.

Every part of our Accident Management service has been designed to be as simple and as straightforward as possible. FMG’s bespoke operational platform, Ingenium, efficiently manages the allocation of all claims across their dedicated customer service teams to help deliver the quickest outcome possible and get your drivers back on the road!

24-hour Accident Management service

Available as an add-on or stand-alone service to fleets of all sizes, our accident management portfolio is focused on delivering added value and a consistently high level of service from the moment we are notified of your loss, through to the moment we get your vehicle safely back on the road.

Repairs and downtime management

We provide a range of industry-leading repair options to minimise off-road times to an absolute minimum. These include SMART repair, mobile repair, and Xpress Centres (situated at retail-friendly locations).

Approved repairers are selected for their experience, skills and specialist equipment. Working to pre-agreed rates for parts and labour and committed to demanding service levels, they are regularly audited to ensure a consistently high level of delivery.

Following an incident, we remain in contact with your driver to keep them informed of the progress of their repairs and claim, ensuring that the vehicle is back on the road and the administration is completed as soon as possible.

Keeping your drivers mobile

Every garage in FMG’s approved repair network is contracted to provide a courtesy vehicle which is organised in conjunction with your driver.

Vehicle collection and delivery is provided by the repairing garage at no extra cost within a 30-mile radius.

Claims management

To ensure complete visibility throughout the process, you and your drivers can stay updated on the status of the repair, view damage photographs and view updates on the estimated date of completion via a dedicated web-based portal.
